- Pricing
All prices listed on the Sticker Beaver website are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sticker Beaver reserves the right to change prices for products at any time without prior notice. - Payment
Sticker Beaver accepts payment through various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and Stripe. Payment must be received in full before we will process your order. - Shipping
Sticker Beaver ships to all provinces in Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders usually ship within 4 business days of proof approval, unless otherwise specified. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. We are not liable for any delays originated by the shipping carrier, on expedited paid shipping. If the product does not get delivered, Sticker Beaver will open a case with the shipping company. If the shipping company confirms that the product was not delivered or was lost or damaged by the shipping company, Sticker Beaver will reprint the stickers with the normal 4 business days processing time, but it may take longer for bigger orders. The shipping method will be the same as originally paid by the customer. Any change in address, city, or shipping method will be paid by the customer. Shipping dates/times are only for informative purposes, and Sticker Beaver will not be liable for any delays. - Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we offer no returns or refunds. However, if there is an error on our part or a defect in the product, please contact us within 4 business days of receiving your order to discuss a resolution. Any such issue will be subject to approval and may result in a replacement product or credit towards a future purchase. - Intellectual Property
All content on the Sticker Beaver website, including logos, graphics, and text, is protected by copyright and may not be used without our express written consent. - Privacy

Any disputes arising from your use of Sticker Beaver will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable province or territory. - Modification of Terms and Conditions

By submitting any content to the Sticker Beaver website, including but not limited to reviews, photos, files, and comments, you represent and warrant that you are the copyright owner of the content or that you have obtained all necessary permissions from the copyright owner to use and submit the content to Sticker Beaver. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sticker Beaver from any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages on account of any claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against Sticker Beaver on the grounds that your content violates any copyright or proprietary rights of any person.You grant Sticker Beaver a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, print, reproduce, modify, adapt, ,proof, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide. You also agree that Sticker Beaver may use your content for marketing and promotional purposes without any obligation to compensate you. Sticker Beaver reserves the right to remove or edit any user content at our discretion.Please note that you are solely responsible for any legal implications that may arise from your use and submission of copyrighted content to Sticker Beaver. Sticker Beaver is not responsible for any copyright infringement or legal disputes that may arise from your submission of copyrighted content. - Refusal of Service
Sticker Beaver reserves the right to refuse to print stickers that contain offensive, racist, hateful, or discriminatory content, or any content that violates Canadian laws or regulations. Sticker Beaver also reserves the right to refuse service to customers who violate our terms and conditions or who engage in abusive behavior towards our staff.Please note that Sticker Beaver has a strict policy against printing content that promotes or incites hate speech, violence, discrimination, or any form of illegal activity. We take this policy seriously and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates it. If you are unsure whether your content violates our policy, please contact us before placing your order. - Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before proof approval. Once proof has been approved, there is no cancellation and production will begin. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. - Indemnification
The customer affirms ownership or publication rights to all artwork, photos, and other materials submitted for printing and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sticker Beaver from any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against Sticker Beaver on grounds that printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person, or that it contains any matter that is libelous or scandalous, or invades any person’s right to privacy or other personal right, except to the extent that Sticker Beaver contributed to the matter. The customer agrees to, at the customer’s own expense, promptly defend and continue the defense of any such claim, demand, action, or proceeding that may be brought against Sticker Beaver, provided that Sticker Beaver shall promptly notify the customer with respect thereto. - Customer Supplied Incorrect Address
When a package is returned to Sticker Beaver due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Sticker Beaver will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment. - Order Shipping and Delivery
Please note that all turnaround times are estimates. While Sticker Beaver will use reasonable efforts to prevent delay of delivery schedules, in no case shall Sticker Beaver be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. Orders are F.O.B Sticker Beaver, and the Customer shall have recourse only to its selected courier for any shipping issues. Sticker Beaver shall not be liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances. Unexpected equipment failure, malfunction, and/or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, however, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation. - Local Pick-Up
Customers who select the “Local Pick-Up” option agree to pick up their order no longer than 30 business days after receiving notification that their product is ready for pick-up. Pick-up times are available between Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM during business days only. If the customer decides to change to “shipping to address” after the order has already been delivered to the pick-up location, shipping and handling charges will apply with no exceptions. It is the responsibility of the customer to pick up their order within the specified timeframe. If the order is not picked up within 30 business days, Sticker Beaver reserves the right to dispose/destroy the product at our discretion, with no liability to Sticker Beaver for disposing of forgotten items, and no possibility of a refund.
