Printing custom Roll Labels information and F.A.Q.
Made from a synthetic material called polypropylene with pressure-sensitive adhesive, BOPP is the most sought-after film in the flexible packaging industry. It gains ground over rigid plastic due to its versatility, economy, and sustainability.
These labels on rolls serve a wide variety of decorative, branding, and promotional applications for product labeling.
We place the material in our printer and print your designs in full CMYK colour, resulting in a saturated and vivid colour label appearance.
Afterwards, we apply a protective lamination, giving the roll labels a glossier or more matte finish. The final step is to kiss-cut the labels on a roll, package them, and ship them out. Our proofing process visually simulates aspects of the label, such as size, shape, and kiss-cut cutline.
If outdoor durability is required, you might want to consider vinyl labels, they are designed specifically for outdoor applications.
Other interesting options include metallic finishes such as holographic, stardust, chrome, and gold. These add a visual touch and metallic effect to your design, suitable for labeling.
Gloss and matte laminate are cool ways to add special finishes to roll labels, making them look awesome while adding extra protection.
Hi-Gloss laminate is a clear, shiny layer that gives labels a slick and smooth look, like glossy polished paint, this finish is reflective, making the label designs really stand out.
Matte laminate is a clear, non-reflective layer that creates a flat, non-glossy look (similar to matte paint), the matte finish gives labels a more stylish appearance, perfect for designs that need a low-key and toned-down look.
Both gloss and matte laminates protect labels and make them last longer against wear and tear.
Choosing between the two finishes comes down to what you think looks coolest for your label design.
What is the best application? Typical examples include labels for cosmetics and personal care items, bath products, food and beverages. The white BOPP film gives labels an attractive pearlescent appearance. Evaluate the use of this rigid film on non-uniform surfaces or where squeezable labels are desired. It works best for rigid or semi-squeezable packaging applications, and is highly suitable for indoor labels that need durability and resistance to moisture and chemicals, such as in industrial applications like lubricants, automotive batteries, and chemical identification labels.
Designed for product labeling, these labels will last for the product’s shelf life, generally 1 to 2 years. However, they can last more than 2 years indoors!
Although durable and moisture-resistant, these labels are not recommended for outdoor use.
Just specify the size (height and width) of your labels, the quantity, the design shape, and the finish (lamination) – matte or glossy. You can either upload your file directly or choose to send it later via email. After placing your order, our proofing team will create a free digital proof for you to review and approve once you are happy!
If you already have a file created in a design program, you can simply send it to us. We prefer vector formats, but we can work with any non vector image format as long as it has enough quality/resolution, we will add the cut line shape that you indicated in your order for you!
Also if you are a designer, design guru or have graphic arts experience, you can add an outline of any color to your design and rename it as “cutline”. Then, place it over the design and save it as a vector in PDF, EPS, PSD, or AI format we will make all the necessary adjustments on our end to make it comply with our technical specs!

This permanent adhesive offers maximum adherence.
The initial contact is strong, and the adhesive will progressively increase in strength over the days following its application.
Apply these roll labels at a minimum of 15 degrees Celsius, and note that they can be refrigerated and frozen when applied to a solid, oil-free, dry surface at room temperature.
Choose this label material over paper labels because polypropylene is highly durable and provides a smooth, professional finish. These labels enhance the product’s appearance, making it look more visually appealing and of higher quality
Additionally, they are resistant to everyday wear and tear and will not deteriorate as quickly as paper labels when exposed to moisture, oils, or scratches. In contrast, paper labels are more prone to wear and tear, and can easily get damaged or smudged when they come into contact with water or oil.
This product is only available in rolls of at least 50 pieces.
We only offer CMYK colors for label printing.
